Pre-Boundary Setting Energy Healing Session: Before your boundary-setting conversation, we’ll use the Belief Code to identify and release trapped limiting beliefs and emotions that might be holding you back from speaking up with clarity and confidence. This creates space for you to feel calm, grounded, and ready to honor your needs. (30 mins)
Post-Boundary Setting Energy Healing Session: After you set your boundary, we’ll use the Belief Code to release any limiting beliefs and emotions that surfaced during or after the experience—whether that’s guilt, fear, anger, or self-judgment. This helps you integrate the boundary with ease, so it feels natural and sustainable moving forward. (30 mins)
